Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age greater than 18 years
- Meet the 2023 edition of GINA asthma diagnostic criteria
- Able to sign informed consent and participate according to the study protocol
- Willing to follow up for at least 2 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Having severe lung tissue destructive diseases such as severe bronchiectasis or tuberculosis
- Having severe pleural disease or sternal and rib lesions
- Having serious uncontrolled diseases in other systems
- Thoracic or abdominal surgery within the past 3 months
- Eye surgery within the past 3 months
- Retinal detachment
- Myocardial infarction within the last 3 months
- Hospitalization for heart disease within the past 3 months
- Currently receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
