Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 70 years
- Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- On oral glucose lowering medication(s), or
- On any type of insulin treatment up to 2 injections a day, or
- On diet control only, or
- Using GLP-1 receptor agonist established at least 6 months prior to enrolment
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requiring more than 2 insulin injections a day
- Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
- Pregnant or breast-feeding
- Had myocardial infarction, stroke, or cerebrovascular accident within past 6 months
- Diagnosed with heart failure or liver failure
- Active cancer
- Undergoing active treatment for foot disease or diabetes-related eye disease
- Chronic kidney disease stage 4 or 5 (eGFR less than 30 ml/min)
- Hospitalised for any reason in past 6 months
- Advised by doctor to avoid intense physical activity
- Physical disability or unable to perform daily living activities independently
- Unable to use Youtube on mobile devices
- Unable to use BruHealth independently
