Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Newly diagnosed with gastric MALT lymphoma (MALT lymphoma group)
- Patients who had an upper endoscopy for dyspepsia with chronic gastritis (Control group)
- Patients who had a therapeutic upper endoscopy for gastric hyperplastic polyps (Control group)
- Patients who had a screening upper endoscopy without symptoms (Control group)
You will not qualify if you...
- History of gastric or other malignancy
- Use of antibiotics or probiotics within 4 weeks
- Uncontrolled chronic illnesses
