Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female patient 18 years or older at time of informed consent signature
- For Cohort A: Patients with benign or malignant colorectal lesion (stage I to III according to TNM/UICC classification) eligible for surgery, with no prior anticancer systemic treatment or radiotherapy
- For Cohort B: Patients with localized colon or rectal adenocarcinoma eligible for surgery and treated with radiotherapy and/or pre-operative chemotherapy
- Ability and willingness to comply with study procedures
- Understanding and signing of written informed consent prior to any protocol-specific procedures
- Patient must have medical insurance coverage
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding female patients
- Prior immunomodulatory treatment (steroids, immunosuppressive therapies) within 4 weeks before inclusion
- Prior antibiotic treatment within 8 weeks before inclusion
- Secondary malignancy unless not expected to interfere with study endpoints and approved by sponsor
- Presence of inflammatory or autoimmune disease
- Patient under curatorship, guardianship, or judicial protection
