- All genders
- Identify as Black/African American, East African, Latina/o/x/Hispanic, or American Indian/Alaska Native
- Live in a participating region (Metro Denver, Pueblo, San Luis Valley, Front Range, Fort Morgan, Greeley)
You will not qualify if you...
- Older than 90 years
- Younger than 18 years
- Do not identify as Black/African American, East African, Latina/o/x/Hispanic, or American Indian/Alaska Native
- Do not live in a participating region (Metro Denver, Pueblo, San Luis Valley, Front Range, Fort Morgan, Greeley)
