Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) using McDonald Criteria
- Diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS)
- Mild MS with Patient-Determined Disease Steps (PDDS) score between 0 and 3
- Age between 18 and 45 years
- Mild cognitive impairment
- Mild to moderate balance impairment
- Vestibular dysfunction related to MS (e.g., dizziness, vertigo, gaze instability)
- Native Arabic speaker to ensure clear communication
- Able to participate in motor imagery and vestibular rehabilitation treatment
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of other neurological disorders or progressive multiple sclerosis
- Non-MS related vestibular disorders such as BPPV or Meniere's disease
- Severe psychiatric conditions including schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
- Severe balance disorders or severe fatigue
- Medical instability such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory problems, infections, severe uncontrolled diabetes, or severe visual impairments
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Pregnancy
- Advanced disability preventing standing or requiring wheelchair use
- Use of vestibular-suppressing medications
- Non-Arabic speakers
