Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Previous cancer diagnosis and completed all therapy OR caregiver for a patient with previous cancer diagnosis
- Able to understand the study and sign informed consent before starting any study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Uncontrolled illness such as active infection, symptomatic heart failure, unstable angina, cardiac arrhythmia including atrial fibrillation, multiple myeloma, or psychiatric/social issues limiting compliance
- Orthopedic, neuromuscular disorders or arthritis that prevent exercise participation
- Pregnant or nursing
- History of stem cell transplant
- Currently taking steroids
- Unable or unwilling to follow study requirements
- Any condition that investigator believes makes participation unsuitable
