Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- English or Spanish speakers
- Received an abnormal result from a screening mammogram
- Self-reports at least one social need on the B-SINCERE Screener
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently receiving treatment for breast cancer
- Normal screening result
- No social needs reported on SINCERE screening
- Do not speak English or Spanish
- Cognitive limitations that prevent informed consent
- Living outside of Utah
