Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Body Mass Index > 30
- Singleton pregnancy
- Between 11 and 15 weeks of pregnancy at enrollment
- Currently do not meet recommended guidelines of 150 minutes of activity per week
- Cleared by physician for participation
You will not qualify if you...
- Contraindications for exercise such as preeclampsia-eclampsia, premature rupture of membranes, antepartum hemorrhage, placenta previa, multiple gestation, and other defined conditions
- Illicit drug use
