Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 40-65 years
- Stroke patients of any gender
- Subacute stroke patients
- Survivors of ischemic stroke
- No previous experience with virtual reality rehabilitation
- Mini-Mental State Exam score of 24 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious behavioral or mental health problems
- Recent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis
- Quadriplegia
- Parkinson's disease
- Lower limb fractures
- Recent myocardial infarction
- Malignant tumor or other unstable conditions
- Ear, nose, and throat defects
- Hearing impairments
- Significant vision problems including blindness, cataract, or glaucoma
- Diagnosed vestibular disease
