Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Children of any gender
  • Aged 8-15 years
  • Diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) according to International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICHD-3)
  • History of 4 or more migraine attacks per month for the past 3 months
  • Pediatric Migraine Disability Assessment Scale (PedMIDAS) score of 11 or higher indicating moderate-to-severe impact
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Children with secondary headache disorders such as those caused by infections, trauma, or structural brain lesions
  • Known allergies or contraindications to flunarizine or propranolol
  • Presence of cardiovascular conditions including bradycardia, heart block, low blood pressure, or asthma
  • Unable to comply with regular follow-up visits
  • Participation in another clinical trial within the last 3 months
