Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Children of any gender
- Aged 8-15 years
- Diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) according to International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICHD-3)
- History of 4 or more migraine attacks per month for the past 3 months
- Pediatric Migraine Disability Assessment Scale (PedMIDAS) score of 11 or higher indicating moderate-to-severe impact
You will not qualify if you...
- Children with secondary headache disorders such as those caused by infections, trauma, or structural brain lesions
- Known allergies or contraindications to flunarizine or propranolol
- Presence of cardiovascular conditions including bradycardia, heart block, low blood pressure, or asthma
- Unable to comply with regular follow-up visits
- Participation in another clinical trial within the last 3 months
