Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Need replacement for at least 2 missing teeth in the back region of the lower jaw
  • Have enough bone volume to support planned dental implants
  • Will follow oral health care instructions and attend necessary visits
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Have general health issues that prevent dental implant treatment such as uncontrolled diabetes, severe heart disease, or infectious diseases
  • Have received intravenous or oral bisphosphonate therapy
  • Are unwilling to return for follow-up exams
  • Are smokers
  • Are psychologically unable to participate
  • Have poor oral hygiene
