- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II
- Age between 18 and 70 years
- Undergoing double-hole thoracic surgery
- Agree to participate and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy to anesthetics used in this study
- Presence of coagulation disorders
- Severe heart disease, liver, or kidney insufficiency
- History of chronic pain or chronic opioid use
- Co-existing mental illness preventing full cooperation
