Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form in writing
- Age 18 and above, regardless of gender
- Diagnosed as primary lung cancer through imaging or pathology, meeting indications for SBRT and surgical treatment
- Clinical staging of cIB to IIIB (cT2-3N0M0), confirmed by pathology
- Imaging shows tumor invasion of interlobular pleura
- No serious abnormalities in blood system, heart, lungs, liver, kidney function, or immune deficiency
- Surgical methods unrestricted; both VATS and open chest surgery acceptable
- Physical condition score ECOG level 0-2
- Expected survival time longer than 3 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Pathological confirmation of small cell lung cancer
- Non-solitary lung cancer, non-primary lung cancer, or distant metastasis
- History of severe lung or heart disease
- Severe comorbidities such as uncontrolled hypertension or heart failure
- Pregnant or lactating women
- Previous history of malignant tumors
- Refusal or inability to sign informed consent for trial participation
