Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged between 13 and 40 years
- Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment
- Patients with good oral hygiene, with grade 1 or below on plaque and gingival indices
- Patients who sign the informed consent or assent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with enamel surface defects
- Patients with any periodontal disease such as gingivitis or periodontitis
- Patients with systemic diseases like diabetes or hypertension
- Pregnant or nursing females
- Patients with craniofacial syndromes
- Patients with a previous history of orthodontic or orthopedic treatment
