Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Both male and female participants
- Age 50 years or older
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.9 kg/m2 and 29.9 kg/m2
- Diagnosed with Grade II knee osteoarthritis
- Current knee pain greater than 4 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale
- Ability to engage in moderate physical activity

- Severe health conditions limiting physical activity
- History of hip or knee replacement surgery
- Cognitive impairments that affect understanding
