Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Hypertension with blood pressure equal to or above 85/135 mmHg and under medical follow-up
- Volunteering to participate in the study
- Not having participated in any exercise program in the last 4 weeks
You will not qualify if you...
- Blood pressure equal to or above 110/180 mmHg
- Having had a stroke or cardiovascular disease in the past 6 months
- Having an orthopedic or neurological disorder that prevents walking
- Having serious cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
