The study aims to compare efficacy and adverse reactions of large hepatocellular carcinoma participants (5-10cm) who receive stereotactic body radiation therapy with or without transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.The investigators will optimize the combined treatment schedule of SBRT for hepatocellular carcinoma participants by comparing overall survival rates, progression-free survival rates and local control and adverse reaction occurrence rates in the two groups.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Primary hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosed by a surgeon, radiologist, or oncologist according to international guidelines or pathology
- Single liver tumor with the longest diameter between 5 and 10 cm
- Child-Pugh class A or B liver function
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0 or 1
- Distance between tumor and normal organs (esophagus, stomach, duodenum, bowel) greater than 5 mm
- Unsuitable for other therapies due to conditions such as heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or uncontrolled hypertension
- Rejecting other therapies like surgical resection or liver transplantation
- Platelet count at least 50 × 10^9/L and white blood cell count at least 1.5 × 10^9/L
- Hepatitis B patients treated with adefovir or entecavir; hepatitis C patients with negative HCV DNA
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of tumor thrombus
- Lymph node involvement
- Extrahepatic metastasis
