- Phantom teeth
- Maxillary molars
- Metal crowns made with conventional lost-wax technique for crown fabrication
You will not qualify if you...
- Overprepared or underprepared crowns
- Defective metal crowns
- Ruptured silicone films upon removal
- Defective die stone casts
