You may qualify if you...
- Male pediatric patients aged 1 to 7 years
- ASA physical status I or II
- Scheduled for unilateral undescended testis surgery
- Written informed consent obtained
You will not qualify if you...
- History of neurological deficit or developmental delay
- Bleeding disorder or known blood clotting problems
- Allergy to local anesthetics
- Infection or skin lesion at the injection site
- Congenital spinal abnormality
- Mental retardation or psychiatric history
- Liver or kidney dysfunction
