Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 60 years or older of any gender according to WHO guidelines
- Mini Mental State Examination score greater than 24 out of 30
- Berg Balance Scale score above 41 out of 56
- Vital signs within normal range for elderly people
- Ability to walk independently with or without an assistive device such as a cane
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting gait or balance, such as Parkinson's disease or stroke
- Recent fractures or injuries limiting participation in physical activity
- Uncontrolled cardiovascular or metabolic conditions like uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus
