Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 60 years or older of any gender according to WHO guidelines
  • Mini Mental State Examination score greater than 24 out of 30
  • Berg Balance Scale score above 41 out of 56
  • Vital signs within normal range for elderly people
  • Ability to walk independently with or without an assistive device such as a cane
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting gait or balance, such as Parkinson's disease or stroke
  • Recent fractures or injuries limiting participation in physical activity
  • Uncontrolled cardiovascular or metabolic conditions like uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus
