Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 40 and 70 years
- Body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 30 kg/m2
- Both males and females
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III
- Scheduled for radical cystectomy surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- Patient refusal to participate
- Known allergy to local anesthesia
- Coagulopathy or low platelet count
- Body mass index (BMI) above 30 kg/m2
- Infection at the injection site
- Chronic pain conditions
- Long-term opioid use
- Regular use of pain medication or analgesics within 24 hours before surgery
