Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Able to speak English or Spanish
- Willing and able to sign informed consent, provide locator information, and medical records release
- Negative rapid HIV test result
- Used syringe services program to exchange syringes at least twice in the past 3 months
- Planning to stay in the area for 12 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Positive reactive HIV test
- Currently taking medications for opioid use disorder as confirmed by urine drug screen
- Currently taking pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention by self-report
- Excluded by principal or site investigator discretion
- Currently in prison or jail
- Currently enrolled in Clinical Trials Network 121
- Received tele-harm reduction services in the previous 3 months
- Showing signs or symptoms of acute HIV infection
