Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients with heart failure classified as New York Heart Association functional class II or III
- Meet heart failure diagnostic criteria according to guidelines
- Receive optimal tolerated medical therapy
- Considered stable by treating physician for at least 1 month
- Able to attend the health center three times a week for the first month and twice a week for the second and third months
- Own a mobile phone
- Provide signed informed consent to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Chronic kidney disease with glomerular filtration rate less than 20 mL/min
- Decompensated thyroid disease
- End-stage liver failure or Child-Pugh class C
- Cardiac device implantation or cardiac surgery within the past month or planned in the next 3 months
- Dyspnea mainly caused by non-cardiac conditions such as COPD
- Atrial fibrillation with resting heart rate greater than 90 beats per minute
- Active cancer with life expectancy less than 2 years
- Participation in another interventional study
- Clear contraindications to exercise
- Comorbidities preventing participation in cardiac rehabilitation
- Musculoskeletal or neurological diseases that prevent exercise performance
