  • Signed and dated informed consent form
  • Willingness to comply with study procedures and be available for the study duration
  • Documented history of any type of cancer, active or in remission
  • Current or recently-quit tobacco user
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Not a patient at VCUHealth
  • Non English-speaking
