Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Veterans between the ages of 18 and 65
- Currently living in Colorado, New York, Montana, Texas, or Utah who have accessed VA Care
- Recent suicidal ideation within the past month and history of lifetime suicidal behavior (for cCBT-SP program)
- Mild to moderate depressive symptoms with a PHQ-9 score of 5-14 (for cCBT-D program)
- Reliable access to a computer or tablet and the internet
- Ability to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Active alcohol or substance use disorder, excluding Cannabis dependence
- Active psychosis or bipolar disorder
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Currently enrolled in or participating in another mental health-related intervention research study
- PHQ-9 score below 4 or above 14 (for cCBT-D program)
