This trial investigates the use of Concerned Growth Factor compared to Mineral Trioxide Aggregate in treating mature permanent molars in children aged 9 to 16 years who have symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. The study aims to evaluate these two treatment options in managing this dental condition to determine their clinical and radiographic success over 12 months. Participants will receive either the Concerned Growth Factor procedure or Mineral Trioxide Aggregate treatment for their affected molars. The study is an 18-month randomized control trial led by Minia University, focusing on children with mature permanent molars diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis. Throughout the 12-month follow-up, researchers will assess clinical outcomes using methods like a visual analogue scale, electrical pulp testing, hot and cold sensibility tests, and percussion tests. Radiographic evaluations will also be performed to measure the success of the treatments. Participants will be monitored for any changes or improvements in their dental health during this period.
