Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Female
  • Age 13 years or older
  • Receives care at Yale New Haven Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, or Lawrence+ Memorial Hospital
  • Diagnosed with any variation of congenital uterine anomaly (CUA)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Declines to participate in the study upon contact
  • Non-English speaking except for Spanish speakers
  • Unable to participate in consent or assent process due to mental disability
