Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients diagnosed with pre-capillary pulmonary arterial hypertension confirmed by right heart catheterization (mPAP 20 mmHg, PVR > 2 Woods unit, PAWP 15 mmHg).
  • Patients classified as WHO functional class I to III.
  • Age between 18 and 75 years.
  • Female patients who are not pregnant.
  • Patients treated with targeted PAH drugs and in a stable condition without disease progression.
  • Patients who have not undergone exercise rehabilitation training within the past six months.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients with pulmonary vascular occlusive disease.
  • Patients with respiratory diseases.
  • Patients with ischemic heart disease, complex congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, or valvular disease.
  • Patients with active liver disease.
  • Patients with severe kidney disease.
  • Patients with motor disorders such as lower limb fractures or ataxia.
  • Patients with malignant tumors.
  • Patients with physical disabilities.
  • Patients with hemoglobin levels 2 g/L or less.
  • Patients with systolic blood pressure 85 mmHg or less.
  • Patients with a history of syncope within 3 months.
  • Patients with a history of supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmia at rest within 3 months.
