Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Subjects over the age of 19
- Patients with type 2 diabetes with fasting blood glucose 5 126 mg/dL or HbA1c 5 6.5% or clinical history treated with medications or lifestyle changes
- Patients with prediabetes with fasting blood glucose 100-125 mg/dL or HbA1c 5.7-6.4%
- Willing to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Subjects under 19 years old
- Patients with type 1 diabetes
- Pregnant or planning pregnancy during the study
- Severe chronic diseases such as cancer, stroke, proliferative retinopathy, myocardial infarction, chronic kidney disease, or diabetic foot amputation
- Diagnosed or treated for myocardial infarction, stroke, end-stage renal disease, liver failure, or chronic lung disease within past year
- Severe liver diseases like cancer, cirrhosis, hepatitis B or C
- Diseases of biliary tract, thyroid, autoimmune disorders, or acute infections
- Planning hospital admission within 2 months
- Unable to participate in the mobile intervention study as determined by investigator
