Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adults aged 18 to 45 years
  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the last 5 years as shown in medical records
  • No prior experience using wearable continuous glucose monitors
  • Owns a smartphone compatible with Dexcom CGM sensors and willing to use the Dexcom CGM app
  • Fluent in English or Spanish
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Severe mental illness such as psychosis or suicidal thoughts
  • Pregnant or less than 6 months postpartum
