Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 45 years
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the last 5 years as shown in medical records
- No prior experience using wearable continuous glucose monitors
- Owns a smartphone compatible with Dexcom CGM sensors and willing to use the Dexcom CGM app
- Fluent in English or Spanish
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe mental illness such as psychosis or suicidal thoughts
- Pregnant or less than 6 months postpartum
