You may qualify if you...
- Patient has provided consent
- Patient has one of the following diseases: Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, glioblastoma, cancer without neurological disease (such as pulmonary cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, thymoma), or rheumatoid arthritis
You will not qualify if you...
- Patient refuses consent
- Patient has a neurological disorder compatible with paraneoplastic neurological syndrome or autoimmune encephalitis
- Patient is under legal guardianship
