You may qualify if you...

  • Parents or caregivers of preschool children aged 3 to 5 years living in the greater Houston area
  • Access to the Internet via smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Parents or children with food allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions affecting program participation
  • Parents or caregivers under 18 years of age
  • Parents or caregivers of children with severe developmental delays
