Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of breast cancer
- Breast cancer mass must be visible on ultrasound and more than 5 mm from the skin
- Not undergoing surgery due to medical conditions preventing sedation or anesthesia
- Not undergoing surgery because disease is unresectable and/or metastatic
- Not undergoing surgery for other clinical reasons
- Patient declines surgery
- At least 18 years old
- Able to understand and willing to sign an IRB-approved informed consent document
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
