Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis by a dermatologist or qualified dermatology practitioner
- Aged 12 to 15 years at the time of enrollment
- Has started a new eligible atopic dermatitis medication within 6 months prior to enrollment or is prescribed a new eligible medication at enrollment
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently participating or planning to participate in a blinded clinical trial for an atopic dermatitis drug
