Corneal Endothelial Assessment After Posterior Chamber Phakic Intraocular Lens Implantation
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 35 years
- Myopia of 6 diopters or less
- Anterior chamber depth of 2.85 mm or greater
- Endothelial cell count of at least 2000 cells/mm2
- Stable refractive history within 0.5 diopter for 1 year
You will not qualify if you...
- Anterior chamber depth from endothelium less than 2.85 mm
- Previous or current systemic or eye disease
- Previous eye surgery or trauma
- Pregnancy or nursing
