Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older with at least one vessel having CT-derived FFR 0.80 or less
- Diagnosis of chronic coronary syndromes
- Signed written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy or contraindication to Heparin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Prasugrel, Ticagrelor, or contrast media (except patients with manageable contrast media sensitivity)
- Previous percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting
- Sinus arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, or severe heart failure (NYHA class III or higher)
- Unable or unwilling to undergo CT scan or coronary angiography
- On hemodialysis or have severe liver or kidney failure
- Left main coronary artery stenosis 50% or greater
- Complete blockage of target vessel
- Pregnant or planning pregnancy during the trial
- Life expectancy less than 2 years
