Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Symptoms and signs typical of cervical spinal stenosis or cervical myelopathy confirmed by MRI showing central herniation or spinal stenosis at C3-C7 levels
- Conservative treatment for more than 3 months was ineffective before surgery
- Patients underwent cervical single open-door surgery
- Informed consent obtained and complete follow-up after surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
- Cervical kyphosis or instability
- Cervical spondylosis caused by trauma, tumor, tuberculosis, or metabolic diseases
- Need for revision surgery or combined anterior-posterior surgery
- Severe neurological diseases affecting postoperative result evaluation
- Psychopath
- Contraindications for MRI or CT
