It also focuses on validating a new biomarker, hsa-RNA-Chr896, for diagnosing myocarditis, and examining how gender, age, and other factors influence disease incidence and severity. This observational study gathers data from a large national group of patients who show symptoms and diagnostic findings compatible with myocarditis or inflammatory cardiomyopathy. Researchers collect clinical information, blood samples, and imaging results to characterize the disease. The study also explores genetic mutations and their interaction with environmental factors to understand patient susceptibility and treatment response. Participants will be followed for up to three years to monitor their clinical condition and biomarker results. Researchers assess symptoms, diagnostic tests, and genetic data to understand disease patterns and validate the new biomarkers accuracy.
