Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older at enrollment
- Documented relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma after prior standard treatment
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1
- Adequate function of blood, kidneys, liver, heart, and lungs
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior treatment with an anti-CD19 targeting agent
- Active or chronic graft versus host disease needing therapy
- Previous allogeneic stem cell transplant
- Central nervous system lymphoma or previous CNS cancer
- History of seizure disorder, stroke, dementia, cerebellar disease, or autoimmune disease involving the CNS
- Primary immunodeficiency
- Current or planned systemic corticosteroid therapy
- Current thyroid disorder (controlled hypothyroidism allowed)
- Other cancer within 2 years before study entry except cured or low-risk malignancies
- Unwillingness to comply with extended safety monitoring
