Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients 18 years old or older
- Ground-glass nodules sized 8-20mm with less than 25% solid component
- Fewer than 3 nodules needing treatment in the short term
- Pathological confirmation of non-small cell lung cancer or GGN progression over 3 months suggesting malignancy
- No lymph node, lung, or distant organ metastasis
- Able to tolerate both surgery and ablation after evaluation
- Unsuitable for or refuse radiation therapy
- Willing to join the study and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Poor general condition with ECOG score greater than 2, unable to tolerate surgery or ablation, or contraindications
- Previous treatments for pulmonary ground-glass nodules
- Poor compliance
- Severe diseases of heart, lung, kidney, brain, or other vital organs
- Active bacterial or fungal infections
- Other cancers within the past 5 years
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- History of radiation therapy
- Bleeding disorders not corrected by treatment
- Contraindications to general anesthesia
- Expected survival less than 6 months
- Investigator judges patient unsuitable for the study
