Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older, male or female
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed primary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
- No distant metastasis (M0)
- Underwent R0 radical resection within 3 months before enrollment
- ECOG performance status of 0-1
- Life expectancy of at least 3 months
- Ability to understand study requirements and willing to give written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgery for pancreatic cancer
- Severe organ dysfunction or blood disorders
- Tumor involving celiac axis or superior mesenteric artery, locally advanced disease, or distant metastases
- Poor general condition unable to tolerate chemotherapy
- History of other cancers within past 5 years except treated carcinoma in situ of cervix or basal cell skin cancer
- Severe or uncontrolled systemic diseases such as uncontrolled hypertension, active hepatitis B or C, or HIV infection
- Unable to understand study objectives and requirements
- Any other condition making the patient unsuitable for study participation according to investigator judgment
