You may qualify if you...

  • Participants must be 50 years or older
  • Must have a recent history of suicidal ideation, defined as passive thoughts about wanting to be dead or active thoughts about killing oneself without preparatory behavior
  • Must live within the catchment area of the participating practices and hospitals
  • Must have the capacity to give informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Unable to provide consent due to severe mental or physical illness
  • Unlikely to be available for outcome assessments due to temporary residence
