Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women need to be postmenopausal
- Men need to be 50 years old or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Taking medications that might affect bone
- Having conditions that prevent participation in resistance training (as determined by the Get Active Questionnaire)
- Planning to travel for 6 weeks during the 12-month study period
- Planning major surgery during the 12-month study period
- Currently doing strength training more than 2 days per week for 30 minutes or longer each session
- Having allergies to ingredients in the study beverages
