The study aims to find new blood markers that can predict and diagnose infected pancreatic necrosis IPN, a dangerous complication linked to infection, organ failure, and high mortality. Current methods lack accuracy in early detection, so this research seeks better tools to improve treatment decisions and patient outcomes. This is an observational study where participants diagnosed with NP are followed to observe immune and metabolic changes. The study collects blood samples and clinical data within two weeks of AP onset to identify biomarkers associated with infection. There is no experimental treatment instead, researchers monitor participants locally through healthcare systems to gather relevant information. Participants will undergo assessments over three months, including blood tests to understand immune responses and to find new biomarkers. The study measures how these markers relate to infection in NP and disease progression.
