What this Trial Is About
The purpose of this study is to find out if adding radiation therapy to routine medications for breast cancer helps in reducing and preventing the cancer from getting worse. Patients with a locally advanced breast cancer who cannot, or do not want to, undergo surgery are eligible to participate. Participation in this study does not prevent you from undergoing surgery in the future.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Biopsy proven invasive carcinoma of the breast, including lobular, ductal, or no special type
- Tumor stages T1 to T4, lymph node stages N0 to N2, and M0 to M1 invasive breast carcinoma by clinical or radiological criteria
- Cancer is considered unresectable, or patient is not a surgical candidate, or patient declines surgery after surgical evaluation
- Life expectancy greater than 6 months
- Negative pregnancy test at treatment start for any female of reproductive age
You will not qualify if you...
- Receiving concurrent systemic therapy except endocrine therapy, HER2-targeted therapy, or immunotherapy which are allowed
- Previous radiation therapy to the same breast or regional lymph nodes
- Unable to undergo study treatment planning or treatment due to body habitus
