Describe the Progression of Inflammatory Orbitopathy and the Biological Progression of Patients Receiving Second-line Treatment
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 18 and older with moderate to severe orbitopathy
- Patients followed in endocrinology aiming for euthyroidism
- Patients resistant to corticosteroids after at least 3 weeks of 500 mg weekly corticosteroid boluses with no improvement in clinical activity score (CAS)
- Patients dependent on corticosteroids with relapse and CAS of 3 or higher when reducing or stopping therapy
- Patients with CAS of 3 or higher, or CAS less than 3 with moderate to severe orbitopathy according to EUGOGO
- Patients treated with immunotherapy, biotherapy, or radiotherapy as second-line treatments
- Patients who agree to reuse of their health data
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients who have had bone or fat decompression surgery
- Patients with severe corneal involvement (Grade B or C; NO SPECS classification)
- Patients with optic neuropathy (Grade B or C; NO SPECS classification)
- Patients who have received 1 gram corticosteroid boluses for dysthyroid orbitopathy
- Patients who do not agree to reuse of their health data
