Researchers are collecting clinical specimens from children with end-stage liver disease to create a pediatric liver transplant biobank. This observational study aims to support future research and development related to pediatric liver diseases and transplantation. The study is led by Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and focuses on long-term data collection and specimen banking. There are no treatments or interventions in this study, as it is a protocol for systematic sample collection and data integration. The study plans to build a biological sample bank and an integrated health data platform over a two-year period. Participants will undergo long-term follow-up at the hospital to contribute clinical information and specimens. Participants will provide biological samples and health data during their routine care and follow-up visits. The research team will monitor the development of the biological sample bank and health data platform as primary outcomes over two years. Participation is expected to continue with regular hospital visits for data collection and monitoring until the study ends in July 2028.
