Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3 months of primary radiotherapy, not suitable for local treatment
- At least one measurable metastatic lesion
- All genders, aged 18 to 70 years
- ECOG performance score between 0 and 1
- Expected survival time of at least 3 months
- White blood cell count ≥ 3 x 10⁹/L, neutrophil count ≥ 1.5 x 10⁹/L, hemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L, platelet count ≥ 100 x 10⁹/L
- Alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase less than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal
- Bilirubin or creatinine less than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal
- Creatinine clearance ≥ 60 ml/min
- Signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Having or currently suffering from other malignant tumors
- Participating in other clinical trials
- Drug or alcohol addiction
- Lacking full legal capacity
- Mental disorders
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Severe complications such as uncontrolled hypertension
