Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3 months of primary radiotherapy, not suitable for local treatment
  • At least one measurable metastatic lesion
  • All genders, aged 18 to 70 years
  • ECOG performance score between 0 and 1
  • Expected survival time of at least 3 months
  • White blood cell count ≥ 3 x 10⁹/L, neutrophil count ≥ 1.5 x 10⁹/L, hemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L, platelet count ≥ 100 x 10⁹/L
  • Alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase less than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal
  • Bilirubin or creatinine less than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal
  • Creatinine clearance ≥ 60 ml/min
  • Signed informed consent form

You will not qualify if you...

  • Having or currently suffering from other malignant tumors
  • Participating in other clinical trials
  • Drug or alcohol addiction
  • Lacking full legal capacity
  • Mental disorders
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Severe complications such as uncontrolled hypertension
