Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 70 years or older
- At risk of frailty based on a recommended survey (Gérontopôle of Toulouse)
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score of 5 or higher
- Willing to participate in a geriatric assessment at a prevention center or day hospital in Île-de-France
- Agree to follow-up phone calls every 6 months for 3 years
- Eligible for a social security system
You will not qualify if you...
- Current loss of autonomy
- Under guardianship, curatorship, or judicial supervision
